I bought a BUNCH of stuff online and the entire box was stolen. I wasn't even planning on keeping all of it.

Of course Zara doesn't care so I had to go to my credit card company to use that insurance. They require a receipt with my credit card info on it--which Zara doesn't provide. So, trying to request this simple item via chat, I explained what I needed. The employee dismissively told me to log in to get my invoice.

I repeated to him/her that the problem was that their invoice/receipt had insufficient information. They then abruptly said they could not help me any further. It was rude, frustrating, and highly incompetent. I asked for a manager and they told me to call in during their "phone" hours.

This is also after I attempted to make this same request, the person seemed to think I wanted a refund and gave me some stock reply that was totally unhelpful, and then proceeded to end the chat. I'm never buying anything from Zara again!
