My Mom was charged $17.99 for the blouse when on the price tag of this item the amount was $12.99. She spend money for the transportation to get to the store to clarify and notify Zara about the error. How come there are different policies for online purchase and in store purchase.Based on policies for online purchase she would be entitled for the full refund for the item that was overcharged. However, for in store purchase they say she is entiteled only to price difference or another choice to return the item. This is so unfair. My mom couldn't check the price in the store of her vision problems and disability. This is so disrespectful. I am very unhappy with Zara's customer service. I am not recommending this store.

Recently purchased a viscose fabric shirt from Zara at West Edmonton Mall, AB, worn once and washed it in cold water as per the directions on its label it shrunk! It had happenned in the past with my old purchases but never tried to return them. This time I wanted to return it and I was told by one of the managers in store that they won't return it because it's been worn and washed. I told the manager I wouldn't return it if it wasn't poor quality she didn't care what I said. I asked the customer service number and called from store. It was a very disappointing to get the same answer and not even trying to fully understand and/or show sympathy. I am wondering why they have a customer service line if they're not helping their customers and when they are going take their poorer then poor in store and online customer service into consideration to try to change it. I WILL NEVER SHOP FROM ZARA AND WILL BE ONE OF THE ADVOCATES TO ENSURE TO TALK ABOUT THEIR WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE !

I returned 2 items i had bought online. Cashier only returned 1 item as i was in a hurry to leave i did not notice it was just 1 item returned on my receipt. When i did, the nightmare calls began and all was based on the controversial receipt so i could not get my refund on the other item. Zara ! Be gone and bye....will never shop you again.

I ordered over 40 items and realized one little blouse missing, contacted customer service and got a message that warehouse said they shipped the item. Swear God, I opened the boxes with my two kids and it was not there. Do I have fun wasting my time trying to do the right thing over a little cheap clothes? No. I just simply can't pay for what I didn't receive. Zara cs says they can't refund nor replace at all at this point.( it took a while for them to figure out to answer me) I asked them to solve the problem since it's not solved on my side yet. I don't know why I have to write this on Christmas eve in the middle of baking cookies with my children. I don't usually write reviews. I'm very upset about their way of avoiding customer service. I won't pay for that blouse that I didn't receive. I'm getting a refund no matter what.

A blause witout ticket was missplace in a sale rack 9.99. Tha manager of Zara in Plaza las Americas PR refuse to honor the sale price and charge 19.99. No vission of the meening Customer Satisfaction.
