Zara - Terrible customer service/refund policy
I ordered shoes online from Zara. Thigh high leather boots.
The shoe itself fit perfectly but was way TOO tight on the thigh area. I could barely get it all the way up, without pants on, let alone with pants. I don't know whose thighs these shoes would fit because I am quite petite and they definitely did not fit me. Brought them into the store to return (although they were purchased online) and they wouldn't let me return them and neither will online customer service.
I would have even taken a store credit!
The shoes are in excellent condition and you can tell they were never worn. $90 down the drain.
Reason of review: Return, Exchange or Cancellation Policy.
Monetary Loss: $90.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
Zara Cons: Rude poor customer service, Very bad store staff and ambiguous refund policy.
