I bought 2 pair of pants 1 in red and 1 black Please keep in mind Custimer Bewawre 1. The black pants inside on the tag is matched to a yellow code not black , pants which of course don’t match my receipt until another manage realized it was incorrect 2.The red pants tag inside says xs however the code on the receipt says it Small !!!
My point is when I back to the store the Staff is so Incompetent My first visit was 15 days where the staff couldn’t match my receipt Of course My second visit was 28 days and still telling me the tags don’t match The manager at Fairview tells me she will call on my behalf she does I have a case Humber It takes head office another 12 days to get back to me Head office replies with a joke of a reply Sorry your over 30 days for refund or exchange Dahhhhhh it took so long to find a staff member how to realize the error on the tag was in incorrect Nothing to do with the time frame Zara you will never see me spend 1 cent and of course I don’t need your pity STOP screwing customers who have supported you over 20 years Perhaps start being honest and telling customers it’s their fault ....wait a minute we sewed the tags in the garments ? Start paying your employees who actually make the garments Your customer service doesn’t stick your just scammers Shame on you on your dishonesty I can’t wait to contact the newspapers and social media In my city Customer be aware
