I have been dealing with customer service for the past 8 days on a order I place but they can't locate between Purolator and Zara. Each party is blaming the other party for not able to find the shipment.

They have charged my credit card but nothing has been delivered to me. Customer service is useless and cannot provide any information.

I asked to speak to a supervisor and they refused to refer me. This is a really poor way to conduct business.

I returned 2 clothing a month ago, 1 refund has been done and 1 hasn't. I have called more than three times in this month and still nothing has been done. They send mail , I always respond but again I recieve the same mail after 20 days, please look into the natter before I post this online.

Customer service is intensely unhelpful. When orders are lost, they will not do anything to help rectify much less compensate. Wouldnt even search for a lost package or try to find a item at store for me, much less give any credit or compensation for the inconvenience, beyond refund. In other words, no effort to keep customer happy or loyal.

I am total disbelief. I ordered our daughter sweaters in November for Christmas knowing they sell out quickly. When I was placing my order over the phone I ask if there would be a problem ordering so soon. I was told there would be no problem at all. I could return my order anytime !!!! I went to the store and was told I had to return online. The manager was nice enough to call the online department and place a return request on my order. But when I called today I told I was told I was informed wrong and I can not return the sweaters. Curtis(floor service manager) said there was nothing he could do. I am asking if I may return the two sweaters because I was reformed twice I could. Leanne Harris

I visited the store in perimeter mall in Atlanta Georgia multiple times. The employees at the register are extremely rude, they dont smile and no nothing about customer service. Look at the reviews on google and yelp for this store and you will see many who feel the same. Management and corporate need to step in a train these employees on customer service

12.30.2019 about 2 pm. A cashier at Schaumburg location in IL try to sell me a dress instead of the tag price of $29.99 the original price of $44.99 and want to charge me $54.99 from my credit card, and she was a very rude. When a manager Stefany come, She was trying to tell me that someone made mistake and this is not right price. I told her that I found that dress with this tag and pay what is in the tag. Then she told me she can adjust the price just for me what I did not ask. It was very unpleasant to buy from the Cashier and the manager Stefany. I hope, the corporation will take care of this issue. A very similar thing happened to me today. I bought a coat on Dec.

24, 2019 at the Zara store in Buffalo, NY. I decided to return it today, Dec. 29, 2019 & wanted to get a short jacket instead, The cashier, Jenna , said that I wore it & it smelled like smoke. I told her that I had the receipt, that the tags are still on it & that it had NOT been worn.

She proceeded to get the manager. The manager, Chellsy, came out & said it was not returnable because it smelled. I announced to the other people waiting in line that my return was not accepted. I asked for the corporate phone number & left, very pissed off.

The return policy does not sate anything like this. What someone smells is very subjective.

Could this be a discrimination case against a smoker?? or someone who wheres cologne ??
