Zara - Terrible delivery service
I live in a six family building in Brooklyn Zara claims delivery person leaves my package on the the steps outside the building i didn't receive my daughter's Christmas gift and they didn't give me back my money i ordered several times from Zara they have my telephone number and email what person will leave a package outside the streets it's not fair
Zara in Houston, Texas - Horrible experience
Are Zara employee advised to treat their customers so badly? This is the worst place on the planet! I understand you don't do price adjustment but to ban someone from re-buying the items she returned is just SO MEAN. You people need courses in ethics, we are paying money to get stuff, you can't hide items from us because want to return them and buy in again in the lower price. You need to treat people better, this is unacceptable. As if you hate your customers.

Anyone paying with a credit card that has insurance like Master card or visa RBC, check first You have a window of time to call your credit card company disputes department Tell them what happened with Zara or other merchant, keep track of who you spoke to and When The credit card company will immediately refund you and go after Zara or other merchant I used them several times even when home Depot refused to refund me for a custom door over 3000.00. got all my money returned since no one installed the door. They are alot less hassle and file a report with Ontario consumer complaint s online against Zara, we do have consumer legislation that protects us against shady merchants like Zara

Zara - Online order horror show
Ordered $700 of gifts on Dec 19 for next day delivery. Never arrived. Now Jan. 8. Have contacted Zara through Chat, Social and Phone and get zero help...only "we're investigating and will update you when...". This despite their shipper confirming to me weeks ago that they lost the package and that Zara would happily refund or reship. I can go to the Track Shipment link provided by Zara and it shows "Undelivered". The shipper will verify. But Zara refuses to provide any information, refund or assistance beyond a generic "we're investigating". Appalling gall. No empathy for lost presence let alone fact that they are holding $700 hostage for their lost items.

ZARA NY- HORRIBLE EVERYTHING!! NEVER AGAIN
I have NEVER EVER in my life have gotten treated like such *** except by EVERY SiNGLE employee of Zara. One man, threatened to terminate the phone call and was speaking over me... HE didn’t even want me to tell my story or hear what I had to say! He’s in the wrong business! Don’t pay for expedited shipping because you WILL NOT get it in time!! Don’t ask for price adjustment AT ALL, because they don’t give adjustments!(unheard of) and If you watch YOUTUBE, DO NOT buy anything you see that is ordered from ZARA because they were gifted it in exchange of a review and let’s be honest, we are the paying customer that has to deal with all of ZARAS B-S&$! Sincerely, A VERY PISSED OFF customer(no longer)
