Bought a shirt from Zara.

Purchased a shirt from Zara - washed it by hand, cold water, laid it out to dry. The directions on the shirt stated machine wash, cold water. The shirt shrank, it took two weeks to contact someone at Zara. I was told that nothing would be done. I was given a rehearsed answer that a committee decided that there was nothing wrong with the manufacturing of the shirt. Which did not make any sense.
