Store cant find purchase on computer i dont have a receipt

I paid for several items and Couldn't wait a long line to try on clothes. Therefore I purchased all items Except for 3 that were too small .

went to South coast plaza, to returned and told 2 items were not showing a purchase on the computer and told to call customer service.

I had one receipt that match only item I purchased.

I don't know what to do I can't use the 2 garments.

They still have tags.

Dear customer service,

I would like to make a complaint, I bought a pair of shoes in Bath on 07/02/2024, but the glue on the heel part bulges, pushes through the heel part and causes pain in the heel part of the foot. Factory defective,

I wanted to change the shoes in the ZARA store in Bath on 07.09 at 5 pm, but the lady at the customer service was not helpful, she behaved dismissively and repulsively!

my friends and I visited zara frequently until now! Please investigate the matter. Why do they hire such a customer service worker who is not polite and frustrated?

Worst customer service ever!!! For a world wide company, worst ive ever experienced.

Questions never get read, repeat myself million times.

Responses that dont even make sense!!! I just have had enough!!!

Made an order with 2 of the same items in different sizes. Both prices are different.

They keep telling me that the price can change at any time??? How does that make any sense!

Disgusting customer services.

On top of that. It takes them forever to respond and you are lucky if they do!

I ordered a package which was surprisingly delivered overnight. But the thing is, they delivered it to the wrong address.

The delivery company claims they gave it to the correct address.

However, I don't have doorsteps in my front yard, according to the photo they sent me. In the other photo of my house, you can clearly see there are no stairs or steps.

Guys ! Your delivery courier is deceiving you!

He didnt deliver my parcel as he told you! and if he delivered it, he threw it on the street and it was stolen! I was at the door at that time when I received confirmation of delivery! I didnt see either the courier or the parcel!!!

You don't deal well with your couriers! The last parcel was delivered to the first door, the courier called me and immediately went to pick up the second parcel, the first one was either not delivered or stolen.

Im very sorry that your custom service is not for its clients! I ordered from you often, I wont do it again and I wont recommend it to anyone!

I am writing to bring to your attention a recent experience I had at the Zara store in Mississauga, which was highly unsatisfactory. As a loyal customer for the past 6-7 years, I have always appreciated Zara's commitment to excellence in customer service.

However, my last visit was a stark deviation from the high standards I have come to expect.

During my shopping trip on 06/19/2024, I encountered a level of service that was not only subpar but also quite disconcerting. The store manager displayed a level of rudeness and unprofessionalism that left me taken aback. This is particularly disappointing because Zara has been known for its exemplary customer service, which was conspicuously absent on this occasion.

The reason I have been a repeat customer of Zara for so many years is largely due to the positive experiences I have had in the past. This incident has not only tarnished my view of Zara but also made me question my future patronage.

It is essential for the management to be aware of this issue and take appropriate steps to ensure that such an experience is not repeated with any other customer.

I trust that Zara values its customers and will take prompt action to address this matter. I would appreciate a follow-up on this situation and assurance that measures will be implemented to maintain the standard of customer service that Zara is known for.

I had purchased items at the self check and failed to get the receipt. When I returned I was told it was not possible without the receipt and they had no way to pull the transaction up., So, I drove 30 minutes home, spent a lot of time trying to reach someone on the phone or a chat and finally gave up.

The next day, I did get someone on chat who finally told me a very easy way to pull up the transaction which I did and again drove 30 minutes to the store to return. The young man who I previously had spoken to seemed to care little when I told him about what I was able to do, and could have done in the store on my first attempt. He said he really didn't know about that. I asked to speak to a manager and he asked why.

I said it was about him. A manager never came but I was able to find one on the floor and told her my complaint. She assured me she would talk to him regarding that and his attitude.

I am so tired of the lack of customer service in stores today and the "could care less" attitude of most associates. I love the store and the clothing but would like to feel like there is a tiny amount of customer service left in the retail world today.

Complaint Regarding Unprofessional Treatment at Carlsbad Zara Store

Dear Dilip Patel and Brad Schwab,

I am writing to formally address a highly disappointing experience I encountered at the Zara store in Carlsbad, which not only failed to meet basic customer service standards but also left me, a long-time customer and retail professional, questioning my loyalty to your brand.

On 5/18/24, I visited the Carlsbad store to exchange a pair of white denim pants purchased from the Zara at Glendale Galleria due to sizing issues. Despite my efforts to resolve what was a simple return, I was met with dismissive and unprofessional behavior from an individual who identified himself as the manager. He was a male, in around his mid 30's, around 5.2'-5.3' in height, wearing a black top.

The pants, never worn and only tried in the dressing room at the Glendale Zara location and then at home, were incorrectly deemed as 'used' due to dirt marks acquired from the dirty floors of the dressing rooms—a problem I noticed was persistent in the dressing room today, 05/18/24, while I was trying to find a replacement pair of white denim pants. As I was trying them on, they collected all the dirt off of the floor inside the dressing room which I brought to his attention during my encounter with him. Despite my explanations, the manager refused to process my return/exchange, citing these marks as evidence of use, basically accusing me of lying. His demeanor was not only unhelpful but also provocatively dismissive, sarcastic and with such an instigating smirk on his face, culminating in him refusing to provide his name or any contact information for further escalation.

My career in senior retail management spans over three decades, including significant leadership roles where the cornerstone of our operations has been customer satisfaction and trust. The treatment I received starkly contrasts with the standards expected in any retail interaction and reflects poorly on Zara's training and store management protocols.

Given this experience, coupled with corroborating accounts of similar customer service failures at this location from online reviews, I urge your immediate attention to this matter. It is critical for Zara's senior management to address these inconsistencies in customer experience, which undeniably tarnish the brand's reputation and trustworthiness.

Recently, I was in London and Dubai and shopped at Zara. I wish to see similar outstanding service in the stores in the US.
