I did my purchase in October for make a gif but after 3 days I was returned to store cherry Hill NJ the system was down so they can’t to accept my purchase back I wait for an hour and they asked my phone number they said they call me when the sistem coming up but I wait for and nerver happen when I come back to store to see what happens askin why never call me they said I can’t to return because was past 30 days when I call to costumer service explain same cituation they give me a email for send the recibe I send but never contact to me I looking my email Zaara store but nothing So I try contact to you Costumer service they said never recibe nothing they said the case was Close so I wanna know what going on I want my money back to my credit card and finish this complain thanks
