I ordered the jacket for Xmas present but they sent me incorrectly item and it also smelled bad as well, unbelievable!!!! I talked to customer service and asked them to do an exchange but the item was out of stock.
Then I asked to exchange any item similar and ship before Xmas. They told me that I have wait for improving, that what they can do for the customer.
They made mistake and did not want to fix it for their customer, I am wondering how long this business will take last long? and It unbelievable and acceptable when they sent me a smelly jacket.
