The company itself has the worst customer service ever. I had an online order delivered to this Zara store but when I came to pick it up, they said they could not find my order and told me to call the customer service.
I gave them SO MANY calls, and they kept saying the order has been picked up from my friends or family members. This is a stupid explanation! The store staff needed a valid ID from a customer in order to hand out an order. They also blamed on my account was not secured, that's why someone stole my info to pick up the order.
When I told them I am going to report this to the general attorney, they even said I could go ahead and do it, and I am going to do it! I have been a loyal Zara's customer for a long time but after this experience, I will never buy anything from them again.
