Hi this is in regards to the order number
Nº 518******** on zara indias app..this was an order of 29 items out of which 17 were undelivered but fully paid..i contacted the customer service they promised to solve this matter with in 3-5 days but they did not..i kept on calling the customer service everyday only to get disappointed n sum even threatening me to hang up my call..after alot of arguments i reached the manager n he promised me to solve this matter and give me my refund with in 10-15 days time...i waited patiently only to get an email today that i cant get my refund...it wasnt 1-2 items there were 17 items missing from the order and why should the customer pay the price of the negligence..i did not expect this from zara india team but i really have high hopes from the headquaters..thank you
