3 weeks ago I bought heels to wear at work from Zara in Oxford (Cornmarket St.). I wore them once for couple of hours and realised they were not comfortable for me to wear them everyday for 8 hours. So I decided I want to return them and get a refund. When I went to the shop, the store manager said that she can't accept the shoes because they've already been worn. She was really rude and not helpful at all.

Well..how am I supposed to know that I don't like a clothing item without actually wearing it?? That's exactly why you have 30 days return policy!

Besides, so many times you can find items for sale (for half price or less) in the store that are already damaged, have stains on them, etc. And the heels I wanted to return were in perfect condition, as I only wore them once!! So, I was extremely disappointed. One of my favourite shops, but now I don't feel like ever going back there..

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $40.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
