I was appalled by their customer services. Bought 3 shirts.
One was supposedly a nice cotton. Washed it on gentle, hung dry. It looked like it was 20 yrs old vs new. Poor quality, frayed, wrinkled badly after ironing.
I sent pictures to Zara. They just said NO credit. I buy only on line and never had an issue like this. Very disappointed with their practices.
Very dissatisfied . Don't buy. Not friendly on hoddy quality. Color is fraying, brand new, embroidered material area is all wrinkled.
Can't iron it away. And the cotton has a fuzz thru it, pilling. Brand new. Worn once.
I was told NO. Don't you think a reputable company would offer a solution vs just say NO return, no credit.
