I ordered $300 worth of clothing from Zara, which I have done many times before. This time, however, the package was stolen, I think by the new carrier they use, Lasership.

I called Zara every single day for an entire week to figure out what was going on with my package and ultimately after receiving a week's worth of awful customer service and horrible misinformation and attitude from representatives they finally told me today that THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO. So, Zara just stole $300 from me. I don't have my package, they won't refund my money, and they won't redeliver the package.

DO NOT SHOP HERE EVER!!! This is unacceptable and I will never shop with Zara again despite being a loyal customer for years.
