I ordered three items but only received two. The box was well-packed and not tempered.
I contacted ZARA customer service and was told that the order was shipped complete, there was no inventory adjustment. I got the same explanation for the first and second investigation. The customer service didn't even pretend to resolve the issue. And they are not willing to help.
Are they suggesting I stole the item???? Why do I have be responsible for their mistake?! This is unreasonable. I paid for the item and I get nothing but humiliation??
And I have no way to complain about this.
NEVER EVER order from Zara!!!! *** company.
