Zara - Customer Service
I placed an order with Zara on the evening of July 19, 2018. few hours later I had realized my shipping address was not updated to the proper address, so I called and they insured me it would be updated.
Sure enough to find out the package was shipped and delivered to my old address. I even went to my old address and checked with the current residents and the building management and no one had seen a package from Zara. I called customer service, they said they will let me know once my case was resolved. finally after 3weeks of going back an forward.
They told me there is nothing they can do. They are not willing to refund me or even send me another shipment.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $61.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
