I don't think they are treating the customers professionally some of the employees are rud and thers no revision from z manager for their behavior I came back the next day to see how they 'll treat me it was orful they treat u lik u r *** I think they should get a noticed for the branch here in paphos

Hallo my name is rima i live in cyprus its not the first time i have this rude behavior from the cashier at zara Cyprus specially in paphos the last day i tried to exchange some stuff i get it as a gift and i was surprised with z cachier behavior we cant change and she leave me talking and explaining and she was talking to another customer even the manager her name alex she wasent professional and instead of taking me to private place they were talking infront of all z people there like im criminal i think a shop like zara u need to have a professional stuff because i used to live in many places and i know how they treat z customers there but lik this in paphos and thers more stuff Hopfully u have all z informations about this issue

Zara Pros: Style and quality of merchanise, I lik his stulish clothesnk they dont deserve to be at this shop, I lik his fashionable clothes.
Zara Cons: No explanation for their actions to the customer, Some stuff they dont deserve to be at this shop.
