I went to my local Zara store in the Shops at Mission Viejo Mall in Mission Viejo, CA only to find out that ZARA was no longer there and the closest store was the one located in South Coast Plaza(about 20+ miles distance). When I get to the South Coast Plaza I have to sign in virtually and then I find out my WAIT time is 180 minutes!
I go do some other shopping while I wait and I my wait time kept increasing...
after an hour of waiting it had increased to 240 minutes, at one point it said I wouldnt be allowed into the store till 7:15, Id arrived at the mall at 2:00 PM, needless to say I shopped somewhere else.
My question is, if you have ENOUGH clients to make them wait like I had to wait, WHY are you closing stores? You obviously do NOT have enough stores in this area or people wouldnt have to wait FOUR HOURS and drive 30 MINUTES to NOT get to shop in one of your stores!
User's recommendation: Open more stores or open the stores you had!
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
Zara Cons: Not enough stores.
