Zara - Bad service
My order got lost and when I phoned them to see where it was they told me that they will cancel it and I should rebuy the items. So I re-ordered the items and paid again only for the original order to arrive 2 days later.
So I had to cancel the 2nd order I made. Then I wanted to send back and get a refund for one of the items because they sent the wrong size. I went on the chat function on the app about 2 weeks after I had sent I because I hadn't heard of anything, and they told me that the package was getting checked in the warehouse and to wait 14days for a refund.
Now it has been a month and its still in the warehouse, and they haven't refunded me. They have told me that they are going to chase it up, but this is ridiculous.
User's recommendation: Don’t buy online at Zara.
Monetary Loss: $20.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Zara Pros: Images on the website, Affordable styles and designs.
Zara Cons: Return process, Dealing with an issue.
