Hi, I purchased a size 2 pants (item barcode: 032790****0364) the size doesnt fit me and I exchanged for size 4. I left my receipt at home and they letting me exchange without receipt.
But, size 4 is still to tight for me (waist tight ). I bring it back to the store with original receipts (first one and second receipt together) on June 24, 2020 around 5pm; Hawaii time; and they could not let me refund. The Zara store manager Vicky refused to help and said there had no way to refund. I dont understand there no fitting room opens and I cant try it on at store.
How can I know it can fit me or not?
I usually wear Zara size 2, however this item is very tight on waist. I thought size 4 will work, but it doesnt.
Please help, how can I get return this item and how can I getting money back.
