Zara has twice misplaced my order. I have ensured proper addresses twice and they placed an incorrect Zip code sending my package to Chicago instead of NC. Instead of taking responsibility they instead told me I was the one who incorrectly placed the address upon check out... as if I dont know my own address. Horrible quality clothes. Most I didn't wear more than 5 times and they are falling apart. Worst quality clothing I've ever bought.

Horrible experience with Zara claimed that I signed for a package in their store and I never did. Will file a police report.

I went to return an online order at EATON CENTRE, and the manager a blonde tall girl was extremely rude. She claimed that it was worn, which it was not! It still had the tags on it and she accused me of taking it off and putting it back on. She refused to listen to me and was very rude. My girlfriend ordered two packages from the Zara.com website to be delivered to our home adress. And since then, the past two weeks have been a nightmare. Both packages were lost by Fedex and Zara refused to do the appropriate procedure to compensate us for the loss. I spent $170 on zara.com. One of the items I bought was a pair of children leggings. After one wash the leggings were completely pilled and looked terrible. I contacted zara by phone and they told me to send an email with a photo. I did this and got a computer generated email saying the email address was no longer valid. Be prepare to suck it up and hand over money for mistakes made on Zara's behalf. I returned five items and only got refunded four. I returned online orders at the Eaton centre in Toronto. Basically Zara is saying they cannot refund as if there's no such option available at their disposal to refund something that their system shows otherwise. Received my rather large Zara order with all items purchased in duplicates missing. The rest of the order was fine. Contacted Customer Service who told me they would open an investigation and someone would call me back. Great, I said. I just want my missing items. I am completely disappointed by Zara’s business practices. I have been shopping with them for years and spend at least $5000 a year at stores and online.
