EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! If you have a store credit/merchandise card, please note there is an expiration date, which is ridiculous! I was never told about the expiration date, but they said it was printed on the receipt and told me to call customers care. Online - I was 90% through making an online purchase when I realized items would not deliver in time. There is no cancel button so I hit the browser back button to get out of screen so I could call customer service. Apparently hitting a browser back button now also doubles as a submit button because the order went through. The worst costumer service. Bad management. 20 people waiting on line while manger is cheking with visual. Its shame i will never sjop here again.

Warning! There is a glitch on the Zara website, regarding address changes. If you delete your old address and add a new one, the website will switch it back. My package was shipped to my old address, as a result, and Zara refuses to accept any responsibility for my (now) lost package. I had such bad experience on Zara today. “Terrible quality and customer service” - I bought my daughter a dress from Zara. It shrunk to half the size on a delicate wash. Zara made me jump through hoops with sending photos and explanation of said garment and then said that they wouldn't refund as they felt the garment was good quality and wouldn't shrink!!! Whaaat??? I Had a terrible experience at Zara-Bayshore Mall- between 6:25-6:40 pm on 09/03/16. The cashier who processed my purchase (a Chinese/Philipino looking lady), did not greet me at the beginning of the interaction nor did she thank me for my business at the end. I returned 2 items i had bought online. Cashier only returned 1 item as i was in a hurry to leave i did not notice it was just 1 item returned on my receipt. When i did, the nightmare calls began and all was based on the controversial receipt so i could not get my refund on the other item. Zara ! Be gone and bye....will never shop you again.

I bought pants 4886/087/802/ and when I washed them they got stained. The store manager of Zara on Broadway (between Prince and Spring) NYC told me once the item is worn Zara does not take it back. She told me to call customer service. I spoke to Kim the supervisor of Customer service and she wanted me to find the purchase slip. I haven't called her back.
