I bought heeled shoe on 16-Aug-2016 at Elante Mall chandigarh, India. On 25-Aug-2016, I wore them for the first time and got slipped and rashes on my feet. I had to take them out eventually and that was quite embarrassing. Meanwhile, I went to the store, I asked the mangers there for an exchange within the policy timelines that is ONE MONTH. Department manager โ€œDeepak Aryaโ€ said " I will not allow the exchange, no chance I will not help you on this, he said itโ€™s your faultโ€. Just tell me one thing where I am wrong. Apart from this, the 5 other salesman and a female manger, all of them made me wait for a long time over there and refused to listen to me. I am buying things from Zara from last 2.5 years. I do not have any intentions or habit of using things and returning them without any reason. I assure you the shoe are in there best shape but of no use to me and I just want exchange/refund for the same within โ€œONE MONTH RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICYโ€.

Please look into the same on urgent basis or I shall op for a legal way then.

Also, Department manager โ€œDeepak Aryaโ€ does not know how to talk to a female and understand the issue. I donโ€™t know why you have recruited him since 2014 as a manager. he is incapable of any management and does not deserve this position.
