I am a very good customer both online and in the store, until now. I recently played 3 orders but only received two so I contacted customer service.

They said UPS has the package as delivered. Either is was mis-delivered to another office or stolen or something but I DID NOT receive the merchandise. I am not out $145.70 after spending thousands with them. They need to either require signatures on their packages or not call good, longstanding customers liars and resend items or refund.

Mind you, the manufactured cost of these items to them is probably like $40.

They just lost a customer for life over $40-ish.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $146.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
