I bought heeled shoe on 16-Aug-2016 at Elante Mall chandigarh, India. On 25-Aug-2016, I wore them for the first time and got slipped and rashes on my feet. I purchased a pair of trousers from zara.com. The second time I wore them (washed, but did not put in dryer, had only 20 days), I noticed a defect and tear along the stitching of the back pocket. I contacted their customer service (if you can even call it that) and requested a replacement pair, exact same style, size, color. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I placed a $500 order and had it shipped to my Po box. The website said nothing about needing a physical address. June 26th I purchased these amazing jumpsuits from Zara. It said it would be sent in 24-48 hours. I called and emailed July 1st and they said and emailed that items were being delivered. I bought 13 items from Zara. I returned 11 items. Zara claims I returned only 10 items. Zara has refused to give me a refund for the 11th item. I am irate! This is so shady. They also selected the most expensive item in my order to say I did not return! I have talked to so many of their customer service reps and all have been so unhelpful. I am a very good customer both online and in the store, until now. I recently played 3 orders but only received two so I contacted customer service. They said UPS has the package as delivered. Either is was mis-delivered to another office or stolen or something but I DID NOT receive the merchandise. I am not out $145.70 after spending thousands with them. I returned all the items from my order but they only refunded me half of the amount. I contacted customer service many times, but they said that they already refunded me even though they only refunded me half. They make customers pay for their mistakes. Other companies like Nordstrom, J.Crew, Banana Republic etc. would never allow this to happen. I am unaccustomed to this horrible level of customer service and will never be purchasing from them... This mail has nothing to do with store customer service. Rather, I’m filing for a complaint which i believe a brand like ZARA should give me reasons for.
